Colby Covington Grapplefucks Jorge Masvidal To Victory

Colby Covington just grapplefucked the living shit out of his former best-friend-turned-bitter-enemy Jorge Masvidal for five straight rounds, just like a lot of us thought he was going to. Masvidal rocked him in the fourth, which was undoubtedly the most exciting moment of the fight, but he was too tired to capitalize and just let Colby continue ragdolling him around....

Oh, and about halfway through Round 2 the ESPN+ feed cut out....

Outrageous moment. They came back about 30 seconds later to Joe Rogan saying "Masvidal landing heavy shots!" but it didn't seem like we missed much from the replays later on.

There was no embrace after the fight as some assumed there would be, and they were still talking shit back and fourth. Colby called out another former American Top Team teammate in Dustin Poirier, so we'll see where they take that with the Nate Diaz fight also in the realm of possibility for Dustin. Who knows what happens with Masvidal. This was his third loss in a row which definitely hurts the BMF appeal a bit.

Definitely a rough co-main and main event from an excitement standpoint tonight, but there were plenty of great scraps on the prelims to make up for that. PLUS, we hit our +435 parlay which felt pretty sweet….
